Understanding Your Value: Business Model Canvas & Value Proposition Canvas

This in-person program is an introduction to the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. The session will guide entrepreneurs through the nine building blocks of a business model, including customers, value proposition, infrastructure, and financial viability. The session then moves into mapping a value proposition against customer needs. It is designed for small business owners at any stage, from early idea to expansion, and is structured as an interactive workshop. Registration is required. Capacity is limited.
