Enchanted Island Amusement Park

Children's amusement park in Encanto Park with eleven rides and attractions geared to kids 1 to 10: the historic Encanto Carousel, the C.P. Huntington train, pedal boats, bumper boats, the Red Baron and the 30-foot Giant Climbing Wall. There's no charge to enter; you pay per ride with tickets or a wristband. No outside food or drink. Hours change with the season, so check the park's site before you go.

Outdoors: from May to September, go early morning or after sunset and bring plenty of water.
